The Process

1. Introductory Chat

This initial step is a brief conversation with our recruiter to discuss your background, career objectives, and the role you've applied for. It's a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if there's a mutual fit. Expect questions about your resume, your interest in our company, and your availability for further interviews.

2. First interview - Skills

You'll meet with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your technical skills, experience, and expertise relevant to the position. This could involve discussing past projects, specific challenges you've overcome, and how you approach your work. Be prepared to showcase your problem-solving abilities and how your skills align with the role's requirements

3. Second interview - Culture fit

This interview focuses on your alignment with our company culture, values, and team dynamics. You'll engage in discussions that highlight your work style, how you handle conflict, and your adaptability to change. Our goal is to understand how you would contribute to and thrive in our work environment.

4. Homework assignment

We believe in the importance of practical skills, so we'll provide you with a homework assignment tailored to the role you're applying for. This task is designed to assess your problem-solving abilities and how you apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios. It's also an opportunity for you to demonstrate your creativity and innovation.

5. Final interview - CEO

This is the last step before a potential job offer, where you'll have a conversation with our CEO. This interview is more about your vision, aspirations, and how you see yourself growing with the company. It's a chance for both sides to ensure there's a strong mutual fit at the highest level.

6. Job offer

Congratulations on making it to this final stage! If selected, you will receive a job offer outlining the terms of your employment, including salary, benefits, and any other pertinent details. If you accept, the HR department will send you the contract to sign electronically.
