Searchable Device Logs
Being able to analyze what devices are accessing a secure network makes managing a wireless network much simpler and helps the administrator be more responsive to shifts in wireless traffic patterns. Each device page displays unique identifier information such as MAC address, device model, adapter manufacturer and version, driver version, operating system and build of the BYOD device.

Diagnose Errors from the Cloud
Connection errors are an inevitable component of managing any large wireless network. With JoinNow, network administrators can help resolve end-user error reports remotely. Searchable device logs show time-stamped errors, successful connections, and connections cancelled by users to help diagnose connection issues. The JoinNow device logs allow admins to view the errors the end-user is receiving from the cloud, and provide necessary instructions for resolving the issue. (Example: an end-user has a “CONNECTION FAILED” error, and the network administrator can see that the user is running an unsupported driver or build version on their BYOD device and provide necessary instructions to the user).

Network Access Control
Managing the requirements for network access is equally as important for maintaining a healthy network. JoinNow allows admins to establish what types of devices can access their network, as well as required Operating System updates, Firewall status, and installation of Anti-Virus and spyware software.
