XpressConnectTM
Automated deployment and ongoing support of 802.1X users is one of the most frequent requests we receive. SecureW2 is proud to partner with Cloudpath Networks to provide this functionality through XpressConnect. We have tested XpressConnect in a variety of situations and feel it should be a standard support component in 802.1X deployments.
XpressConnect allows a network administrator to create customized wizards to automate the configuration of a user's device as well as to assist the user in accessing the secure network. XpressConnect supports a wide range of network and security-related settings on both Microsoft Windows (XP & Vista) and Mac OS X (Tiger, Leopard, iPhone & iPod Touch) platforms. This includes full support for installing and configuring the SecureW2 EAP Suite on Windows.
Whether the user is new to the network, has a misconfigured machine, or is simply struggling with user error, XpressConnect provides a consistent, self-service user experience for resolving most network access issues. With its web-based and CD-based deployment options, automated assistance is available to users whenever and wherever needed, without a trip to the help desk.
